City library to hold bookmark contest Posted April 3, 2009 West Palm Beach’s new City Center Library will hold a bookmark contest for all ages to commemorate its opening. It will run from Wednesday, April 15 to Sunday, April 19. Pick up entry forms and contest rules at any service desk at the new library, 411 Clematis St. The theme of the contest is "My City Library: what it means to me." Full color bookmarks of the winning design will be distributed at the library.
